Just let us know at least a day in advance and we'll start rolling out the dough. Advance requests are baked to order, meaning you get the freshest possible pie baked for you personally, from beginning to end.  We're committed to using seasonal ingredients, so we hope you'll understand that December lends itself better to Pecan than Blueberry, and July is the best time of year to order Peach.

    Announcing Pie Shop subscriptions!
    Get your one-year membership in our exclusive Pie-of-the-month hookup.

    Each month, members will receive a new seasonal exclusive pie which is available only through the subscription. At the beginning of the month, members will receive an email announcing the new recipe and instructions for reserving your pickup day. These pies will not be available for purchase in the store and will be exclusive only to subscribers. In the event that you're craving one of your favorites (Ganache, say) you will have the option of choosing an on-menu pie instead of the pie of the month.

    Subscribers save up to 40% by purchasing early. For example, if you already buy pies each month, by subscribing you are spending $20 per pie versus $30-35. It's like a gift card with 75% value added! Subscriptions are $240 annually.

    What's truly valuable about being a member is the chance to get pies that are not available to the public. Each month we will unveil a new tested and vetted recipe that we think has the potential to blow your socks off. Be the first to taste it and give us your feedback so we know what our best customers are hoping will come out of the oven next.

    Subscriptions may only be redeemed once per month. If you buy pies more often, simply purchase an additional subscription. There is no limit to the number of annual subscriptions a member can purchase in a given year.

    Subscriptions are fantastic for offices that have monthly meetings, birthday gifts for the serious pie-lover, book clubs, and for yourself - to ensure that you always have that last-minute host gift or surprise treat when your family gets home.

    Join us for Happy Hour

    Every 2nd Thursday of the month we host Pie Happy Hour from 6:30pm-9pm. We have at least 15 different kinds of pie on hand. Sample all you want until we run out.

    Tickets are $20 in advance ($25 at the door) and attendance is limited to 25 people. This is a cozy event, so be prepared to get to know some other pie lovers. All ages are welcome, as is light BYOB. 
    This is a ticketed event. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

     

     
    Learn to Bake Your Own

    It's our mission to preserve the disappearing American craft of pie-baking. The only way to do that is to spread the love. Come learn what we've learned about makin' pies. Have some fun in the process, sample a few of ours while your's is in the oven, and take one home for yourself or a loved one. You'll see why we find so much joy in this wonderful craft. 

    Classes are $85 per person and are limited to 6 participants. Each person will make his or her own pie from scratch beginning with rolling out the dough, preparing the filling, and baking the pie in our ovens. A little history on pie and background on different kinds of pie will be part of the evening.
